What is a good survey question?

A good survey question is a simple yes/no question or a question that requires a simple one-word answer that provides an insight into the status of a consumer’s current product or service.

This information allows a data buyer to gain an insight into a consumer’s current supplier and gives an opportunity to call them and sell their own products and services.

Below are a few examples of survey questions DBI ask consumers during our direct marketing questionnaires.
